Job Description

• Identify and prioritize high-value rare and orphan specialty drug markets aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for new and emerging segments • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, regulatory considerations, and growth potential • Build multi-year strategic plans to capture opportunities within specialty verticals • Design and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to specialty market customers • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build offerings that meet segment-specific requirements • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across targeted markets • Establish pricing, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with specialty market buyers • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and specialty market initiatives • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel relationships to accelerate market penetration

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in conceptualizing and executing commercial strategies, business development, or market development
  • Proven track record of launching or expanding businesses in rare and orphan specialty drug marketplace
  • Experience developing go-to market strategies and driving measurable growth
  • Background working in complex B2B environments preferred.
