Role Description

We’re currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

  • Role: Recruitment Specialist
  • Monthly Rate: $1250/month
  • Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week
  • Time Zone: EST

  • 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Qualifications

  • Review and grade candidate applications
  • Reply to applications with templated responses, based on the application grading
  • Source prospect lists of candidates (and/or employers) via Apollo.io
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates via Zoom
  • Refer the top candidates to employers
  • Schedule interviews between the employer and top candidates
  • Join the employer on camera to help facilitate the interview process

Requirements

  • Available during 9am-5pm EST
  • Excellent English accent
  • Must have strong experience in ONE of the following:
    • Sales candidates (such as business development representatives, account executives, sales managers, directors of sales, and vice presidents of sales)
    • MEP engineering roles (such as Mechanical Designers, Electrical Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Licensed PEs aka Certified Professional Engineers)
  • Industry/Tools Experience:
    • Apollo IO
    • Zoom
