Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Communications Manager to join our RELEX Solutions team in the U.S., supporting our PR and communications efforts across the U.S. and LATAM regions. You will play a key role in executing and strengthening our regional communications program, helping build brand awareness, elevate customer stories, and position RELEX as a leader in retail, supply chain, and AI-driven demand planning.
- Develop press releases, customer case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Guide our U.S. PR agency in delivering consistent, high-impact results.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executives to shape messaging.
- Prepare for media opportunities and ensure alignment with global narratives.
- Contribute to operating as an AI-forward communications team using AI-assisted tools and custom GPT workflows.
- Apply strong editorial judgment to ensure authenticity and credibility in every piece of content.
This is an ideal role for an organized, creative, and intellectually curious communications professional with experience in B2B technology, the retail industry, and/or supply chain SaaS industries who wants to grow professionally and evolve their career.
Join us as a Communications Manager within the Marketing team and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead and execute U.S. PR initiatives to build brand awareness and strengthen RELEX’s position in retail, supply chain, and AI.
- Draft and manage press releases, customer stories, bylined articles, and executive communications.
- Act as a point of contact for U.S. PR agency, ensuring alignment on messaging, timelines, and results.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape narratives and prepare for media opportunities.
- Identify timely media hooks and proactively support thought leadership tied to industry trends.
- Coordinate with global communications counterparts to ensure consistent messaging across regions.
- Use AI-assisted tools and internal GPT workflows to support research, drafting, reporting, and content optimization while maintaining strong editorial judgment and brand voice.
- Track, analyze, and report on PR performance to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong writing and editing skills across press releases, bylines, and executive communications.
- Ability to translate technical topics into clear, business-friendly language.
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, supply chain, SaaS, or enterprise technology (bonus points).
- Experience managing agency partners (bonus points).
- Exposure to thought leadership development or executive visibility programs (bonus points).
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (big +).
