Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through closing. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working with U.S.-based clients in a remote environment.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound outreach and research
- Conduct discovery calls and present company services to prospective clients
- Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline progress
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
