Role Description
The eLearning Editor supports our internal eLearning team, which focuses on driver training and engagement for a global suite of clients. The role’s responsibilities include:
- Editing scripts for content and grammar.
- Researching best practices on a wide range of defensive driving topics.
- Maintaining various guides.
- Testing completed courses in dozens of languages.
- Delivering high-quality end products through effective communication.
- Maintaining excellent standards and ensuring high satisfaction for customers utilizing training.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in content editing and research, ideally supporting software and data solutions.
- Previous content editing experience and experience working with eLearning content.
- Excellent English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and technical writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reviewing localized content is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to work closely with a cohesive team of Instructional Design, Multimedia & eLearning Developers, Marketing, and leadership.
- Ability to understand and explain technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical people.
- Excellent communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
