Role Description

We are seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join our New York team. This is a primarily remote role, offering meaningful flexibility while still providing connection and mentorship within the firm.

  • Handle defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft motions, conduct discovery, and engage in strategic case development
  • Collaborate closely with experienced litigators in a team-oriented environment
  • Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

  • NY-licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience
  • Admission in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania preferred but not required
  • Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
  • Solid academic credentials and litigation experience
  • A proactive, organized self-starter who can manage multiple matters efficiently
  • A team player who values collaboration and professional growth
