• Partner with product owners, field operations, and developers to deeply understand client needs, and translate these requirements into collection and analysis approaches. • Leverage a broad range of data sources and technical capabilities to analyze issues, conduct research, summarize results, and develop recommendations. • Generate high-quality responsive analytic products and visualizations that provide insight to difficult problems demonstrating best practices in analytical tradecraft • Employ validated analytical techniques to generate insights from large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data in support of client requirements. • Establish key performance indicators to measure analytical output quality and utility, and make recommendations for improvement. • Work with program leadership and lead analysts to establish analysis frameworks and best practices, and guide adoption across the team. • Identify opportunities to improve technical tools and capabilities in support of analytical processes. • Mentor more junior analysts.
