Job Description

• Manage and mentor a team of content designers working across all mobile and web applications. • Identify opportunities to build scalable content systems including reusable patterns and content models • Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, legal, localization, and AI/ML teams • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for content design related work in mobile and web. • Stay informed on trends in AI, localization, and inclusive language • Design great experiences through clear, consistent, and inclusive language

Job Requirements

Experience leading content design output and mentoring
Background in UX writing and content design
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, product, and marketing
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools like Figma, design systems, and AI tooling
Experience designing and governing scalable language systems
A clear portfolio of work that showcases your craft of writing, philosophy on leadership, and overall approach to content design problem solving.
