Role Description

We are seeking an organized and client-focused Remote Planning Coordinator to guide clients through personalized planning experiences from concept to completion. In this fully remote role, you'll research options, coordinate important details, and ensure every step of the process runs smoothly and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, communicating clearly, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned while delivering a high-quality client experience.

  • Partner with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and timelines
  • Research options and present thoughtful recommendations
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and key planning details
  • Maintain organized records and consistent communication
  • Provide responsive, professional support throughout the entire process

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment
  • Customer-service mindset (experience preferred, not required)
  • Tech-comfortable and adaptable to online systems
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
