Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of health insurance experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on time with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and high-quality outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated growth mindset including agility in navigating change and commitment to developing yourself and others
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
