- 3+ years of experience working in data analytics or data science, ideally in a B2B operations setting
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, operations research or a BA/BS in behavioral science (economics, psychology, etc) with statistics skills
- Excellent SQL skills

- Previous experience using data to drive impact in a manufacturing or physical production environment

This role is responsible for the day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including managing builds, upgrades, and system enhancements based on analyzed business/clinical needs. The analyst will also handle problem, incident, and change management while coordinating implementation planning for software application releases.
The analyst will manage analytical data within the environmental EQuIS database, coordinating data collection, tracking, and reporting with project teams to meet schedules, scopes, and budgets. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the database manager, running/modifying reports, and acting as a point-of-contact for analytical data matters.
The role involves developing and maintaining forecasting models for CMS Stars measures, analyzing performance data to recommend enhancement strategies, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Responsibilities also include developing payer data reconciliation processes and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal data quality.
The specialist implements and optimizes Oracle maintenance and support modules for EVO, AMP, and DYN assets to drive asset reliability and operational excellence. This involves building out Oracle modules, collaborating with SMEs, enforcing quality control, and delivering hands-on training to field teams.
