Role Description

If you’re a seasoned Sage X3 professional who enjoys solving complex ERP challenges, leading projects and mentoring others, this role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership position supporting a large and growing enterprise environment.

This organization operates one of the more extensive Sage X3 environments you’re likely to encounter, supporting hundreds of users across dozens of operational sites with a wide network of integrated systems. As ERP Technical Lead, you’ll play a central role in guiding how the platform evolves, partnering closely with technology leadership while helping the organization continue to scale its systems and integrations.

You’ll lead a small team of ERP analysts and serve as a key technical and strategic resource for ERP initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a large Sage X3 environment supporting multiple business functions
• Lead or contribute to ERP initiatives including integrations, system enhancements and process improvements
• Serve as an escalation point for complex ERP support issues and technical troubleshooting
• Oversee ERP-related projects while ensuring sound architecture and best practices
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve workflows and system utilization
• Mentor and guide a small team of ERP analysts supporting day-to-day operations and projects
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the ERP ecosystem

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 in a senior consultant, technical consultant or similar ERP leadership capacity
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations and enterprise systems environments
• Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex ERP challenges and guide technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor others and collaborate across teams

Preferred Experience

• Technical consulting or development experience related to Sage X3
• Experience managing or mentoring technical team members
