- Lead the strategic evolution of the engineering organization and core product platforms, guiding the transition toward AI-native capabilities and modern development practices.
- Define how AI-powered features are designed, tested, secured, deployed, and scaled within the platform ecosystem.
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows into engineering processes to improve development speed, quality, collaboration, and innovation.
- Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to optimize development cycles and support rapid experimentation and iterative product delivery.
- Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, security, and manageability of the platform across diverse deployment environments including on-premises, cloud, and SaaS.
- Maintain a cohesive and integrated user experience across the full product ecosystem, ensuring tools operate seamlessly together.
- Collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with long-term data science and analytics innovation.

- Extensive experience leading large engineering organizations and guiding teams through significant technological transformations.
- Strong expertise in developer tools, integrated development environments (IDEs), language runtimes, or similar engineering platforms.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or guiding AI-powered features and integrating AI assistance into engineering workflows.
- Deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to collaborate closely with principal engineers on complex technical trade-offs.
- Background in analytics, data science platforms, or scientific computing environments.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions that meet the needs of large organizations with strict security, compliance, and reliability requirements.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change with empathy, clarity, and strong communication across distributed teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
