Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to drive the design, development, and optimization of scalable software solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment. The Sr. Software Engineer will contribute to front-end and back-end development using Angular and C# .NET, ensuring applications are high-performing, maintainable, and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, maintain existing functionality, and enhance system scalability and reliability. This position emphasizes quality, continuous learning, and technical leadership, providing guidance to team members and sharing best practices. • Design, develop, implement, test, document, release, and support production-quality software with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Contribute to new feature development, maintain existing functionality, and implement automated testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Share technical expertise and provide guidance on complex problem-solving, code reviews, and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance in production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve usability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes, documentation, and principles-based approaches to design, implementation, and testing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools to enhance system performance and software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including mentoring or providing guidance to team members.
• Proficiency with Angular (v17+), C#, ASP.NET, .NET, SQL, and front-end application development.
• Strong expertise in Angular architecture, component-based design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, messaging, caching, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with professional software engineering practices, including SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Dapper, Dependency Injection, Nunit, xUnit, Moq, Postman, Jest, Splunk, Datadog, and Git is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to guide technical discussions and mentor colleagues.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with programming and web development trends.
