Job Requirements
- Foundational understanding of business analysis concepts (requirements gathering, process mapping, basic data analysis).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
- Clear communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration mindset—comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and ask clarifying questions.
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited college or university program (or recent graduate) pursuing Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
