Job Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer development, user research, product management, or a related role.
Proficiency in English at B2 level or above for conducting interviews and communication.
User Research: Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources, including user feedback, market research, and analytics tools.
Customer Journey Mapping: Expertise in creating and utilizing customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Interview Techniques: Skilled in various interviewing techniques to elicit detailed and meaningful insights from users.
Market Research: Capability to conduct competitive analysis and understand market trends to inform product strategy.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations that communicate research findings and insights clearly.
Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and devise effective solutions based on user insights
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in research and documentation.
