Location: Kentucky
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Kentucky. This role focuses on direct therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing case oversight that helps clients manage mental health concerns in a clear and practical way. You will work with a reliable weekday schedule, provide consistent care, and keep clinical records organized and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
- Assess client needs and gather relevant clinical history
- Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and presenting concerns
- Deliver ongoing therapy and evaluate response to treatment over time
- Keep documentation complete, accurate, and submitted promptly
- Address risk concerns and follow clinical safety procedures
- Maintain professional standards for ethics, privacy, and care quality
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team when coordination is needed
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active Kentucky LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in good standing
- Prior therapy experience in a clinical or telehealth setting preferred
- Strong time management and caseload organization skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust in a virtual setting
- Experience with EHR systems and online therapy platforms
- Solid understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
