Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical Product Manager or equivalent leadership role within enterprise SaaS or networking companies.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies including controller-based Wi-Fi, RADIUS, VLANs, captive portals, and authentication flows.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: RADIUS integrations, Network device APIs or cloud controllers, Managed Wi-Fi or hospitality networking environments.
- Experience collaborating closely with Support, NOC, or Customer Success teams on operational issues and escalations.
