Job Description

• Own network hardware integrations across Eleven’s product portfolio. • Define and maintain the roadmap for OEM integrations and networking capabilities. • Communicate data-informed prioritization decisions clearly to stakeholders. • Develop deep expertise in networking platforms integrated with ElevenOS. • Analyze operational trends and issues using Eleven’s lab environments. • Create structured specifications, lab scenarios, and validation environments. • Produce high-quality documentation including integration guides and troubleshooting runbooks. • Maintain strong relationships with OEM networking vendors.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical Product Manager or equivalent leadership role within enterprise SaaS or networking companies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies including controller-based Wi-Fi, RADIUS, VLANs, captive portals, and authentication flows.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: RADIUS integrations, Network device APIs or cloud controllers, Managed Wi-Fi or hospitality networking environments.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Support, NOC, or Customer Success teams on operational issues and escalations.
