Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a full-time remote team supporting clients throughout Indiana. As an LMHC in this telehealth role, you will help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other mental health concerns through scheduled virtual sessions. The day-to-day work includes clinical assessments, counseling, progress tracking, treatment planning, and clear documentation. The position is best suited for a therapist who values organized workflows, steady hours, and strong patient engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual mental health counseling sessions with adult clients
• Perform psychosocial assessments and establish treatment goals
• Deliver ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods
• Document session notes, treatment updates, and clinical recommendations
• Identify risk factors and respond according to established protocols
• Support client progress through regular follow-up and plan adjustments
