- Develop and execute creative strategies for video and visual campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.

- Conduct product, competitor, and audience research to inform creative decisions.
- Collaborate with production, post-production, and strategy teams to ensure creative outputs align with campaign objectives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, paid social, or direct response marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex ideas.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and/or Snapchat Ads.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and collaborative tools.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new skills and strategies based on training or examples.
