Role Description
The Program Manager, CourtReserve supports the operational rollout and adoption of LOVB’s national court rental platform across the organization’s growing network of volleyball facilities. As LOVB expands its network of 100+ clubs, this role helps translate strategic platform goals into consistent operational execution across the ecosystem.
- Coordinate vendor-led implementations.
- Support club onboarding.
- Monitor utilization performance.
- Ensure CourtReserve delivers measurable operational value across LOVB facilities.
- Work cross-functionally with Club Operations, Technology, Data, Finance, and regional club leadership.
- Responsible for scaling a key technology initiative that supports facility utilization, membership growth, and revenue expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or technology implementation roles.
- Experience supporting software implementations, operational rollouts, or multi-site initiatives preferred.
- Experience working in sports, recreation, facility operations, or membership-based businesses is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong program coordination and operational project management skills.
- Experience coordinating vendor-led software or SaaS implementations.
- Ability to manage multiple deployments or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret platform metrics and operational data.
- Comfortable learning and working with operational technology platforms and software tools.
- Clear and organized communicator capable of collaborating across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective relationships with club directors, regional leaders, and vendor teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
