Role Description
This role is a strategic, enterprise-level leadership position overseeing the vision, roadmap, and execution of GTM technology and revenue platforms. You will drive large-scale Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Cash transformations, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Product. The focus is on building scalable, durable systems that optimize revenue operations, enforce policy and compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will define governance frameworks, establish outcome-driven roadmaps, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, decision quality, and customer experience. This position combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution oversight, team leadership, and platform architecture guidance, making a lasting impact on operational performance and growth.
- Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and operational vision for GTM technology and revenue platform systems.
- Lead end-to-end product management of CPQ, pricing, quoting, ordering, subscriptions, billing, and post-sales revenue systems.
- Align cross-functional executive stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, and platform initiatives to ensure architectural integrity and scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks, decision-making standards, and outcome-driven roadmaps for the GTM Tech portfolio.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product leaders accountable for durable, impactful platform capabilities.
- Embed pricing controls, policy enforcement, and financial compliance directly into system designs.
- Identify and scale AI-driven automation opportunities across GTM workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive product and technology leadership experience in enterprise SaaS and GTM systems.
- Proven ownership of large-scale Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash transformations, including platform consolidations and CPQ migrations.
- Deep experience partnering with Engineering and Enterprise Applications teams to deliver scalable revenue platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions, including new business, renewals, post-sales operations, customer success, and professional services.
- Experience defining multi-year roadmaps and aligning cross-functional executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Customer teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead global product and/or engineering teams, including establishing operating models, governance, and execution standards.
- Track record of measurable business impact, such as revenue capture, operational efficiency improvements, and enhanced customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, CPQ, and enterprise platform integrations.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect process design, data integrity, platform architecture, and business results.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
