Role Description

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead product strategy and execution across consumer and corporate offerings in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will guide and mentor product managers, translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of user-centered, data-informed solutions. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative products that delight users.   • Develop and drive product strategy for multiple business lines, translating objectives into actionable, prioritized roadmaps.
  • Lead quarterly OKR planning and ensure alignment across squads, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor product managers on best practices, product planning, feature prioritization, and trade-off evaluation.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences, balancing usability, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Champion human-centered design principles, incorporating user research, prototyping, and iterative testing into product decisions.
  • Define and analyze product success metrics, identify opportunities to enhance existing offerings, and evaluate new product ideas.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success in consumer-facing and B2B marketplace or platform models.
  • Strong business acumen, revenue orientation, and technical literacy, combined with a keen sense of product design and user experience.
  • Experience operating in multi-stakeholder ecosystems, such as marketplaces or platform-driven models.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging metrics, experimentation, and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product discovery, prototyping, and team productivity while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Expertise in product planning, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and trade-off analysis.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
