- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms using Sprout Social or similar tools, maintaining consistent posting cadence.
- Ensure accuracy in copy, formatting, links, tagging, and accessibility (e.g., alt text) for all content.
- Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments and messages in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Engage with community interactions to foster visibility and growth of social audiences.
- Collaborate with creative and communications teams to source content and ensure timely execution of content schedules.
- Compile quarterly performance reports, track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR), and provide insights to inform future content planning.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing social media publishing and community engagement.
- Proven experience contracting social media management for established brands, nonprofit or corporate.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social.
- Strong attention to detail and operational consistency.
- Clear, professional written communication skills and ability to maintain brand voice.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a defined scope.
- Capacity to triage and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
