This role is responsible for leading and executing complex enterprise client implementations from onboarding through go-live, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing value for clients. The Senior Implementations Engineer will collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design, architect, and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will provide technical consulting, solve integration challenges, oversee project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery while driving revenue activation. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise in SaaS platforms, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives. - Drive and manage enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Design and implement technical solutions tailored to client requirements, including integration, data migration, and process optimization.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in post-sales engineering, implementations, or solutions consulting in a SaaS environment; experience with nonprofit technology or data migration is highly desirable.
- Strong technical proficiency with middleware solutions (e.g., Zapier), data management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), web analytics, and web development.
- Strategic business acumen with the ability to connect technical decisions to revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships and internal partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to resolving complex technical challenges.
