As a Solution Consultant in Commercial Pharma, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with commercial, HEOR, market access, and medical teams to design and implement data-driven solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives, helping clients leverage privacy-preserving, compliant data ecosystems to unlock insights and measure outcomes. In this client-facing role, you will lead product demonstrations, provide architecture guidance, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. You will influence client adoption, support sales initiatives, and help translate complex data concepts into actionable strategies, making a measurable impact across the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape. This position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong communication to drive adoption and success for key clients.
- Serve as the primary client-facing technical advisor, architecting solutions for tokenization, data linkage, and connected data ecosystems.
- Lead product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and client discussions to showcase solution value and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and compliance requirements.
- Develop educational materials, case studies, and thought leadership content to strengthen market positioning.
- Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance considerations, including HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and Good Clinical Practice.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product enhancements and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, fostering strong relationships and promoting adoption.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in life sciences, healthcare data, consulting, analytics, or commercial pharma technology.
- Strong knowledge of real-world data, identity resolution, and commercial data ecosystems.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with pharmaceutical commercial, HEOR, market access, analytics, or data strategy teams.
- Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events.
- Preferred: experience with cloud data platforms, data strategy consulting, or analytics solutions.
