Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to lead a highly skilled, remote-first engineering team focused on building scalable, high-performance data streaming systems. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, distributed team of engineers focused on data streaming applications.
• Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, architecture guidance, and implementation standards.
• Drive projects from concept to delivery, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring software meets user needs and maintains high reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to align engineering efforts with product strategy and company goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering manager role.
• Proven experience managing distributed engineering teams and delivering large-scale software systems.
• Strong technical background in designing and building scalable, high-volume data streaming systems.
• Hands-on experience in SaaS development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
