Role Description
Join MyCHN as the Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Grant Manager. This is your chance to make a real difference in a healthcare home that values compassion, integrated care, and evidence-based practice.
- Provide high-quality ABA services in clinic and in-home settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise cases, and provide parent training
- Maintain ethical, evidence-based ABA aligned with BACB standards
- Supervise 5–7 RBTs, including coaching, evaluations, and professional development
- Ensure BACB supervision standards are met and properly documented
- Provide clinical oversight of grant-funded programs
- Support reporting, audits, deliverables, and sustainability
- Work alongside Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Primary care providers, Therapists, and Care coordinators
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 2+ years of clinical ABA experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Passion for working with diverse populations
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Requirements
- Low billable expectations (starting at 20–25 hours, decreasing to ~18 as leadership duties expand)
- Full administrative support—billing, insurance navigation, authorizations & operations handled for you
- Structured onboarding with 30/60/90-day reviews
- HRSA & Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified employer
