Job Description
Role Description
This position is a dual role, responsible for auditing timekeeping and payroll data, and designing/maintaining informative dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready.
- Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
- Hands-on experience executing parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Experience working with senior living, healthcare or hospitality workforces, preferred.
- Familiarity with union environments, shift-based pay models, and complex overtime rules, preferred.
- Familiarity with PEOs, preferred.
- UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP), preferred.
- Experience improving implementation audit frameworks or onboarding playbooks, preferred.
