- Lead and mentor a team of attorneys and legal professionals dedicated to disability rights advocacy.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with the Ohio Bar (or ability to obtain).
- Admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in disability rights, civil rights, nonprofit, or public interest law.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring attorneys or legal staff.
- Strong commitment to civil rights and the mission of protection and advocacy organizations.
- Excellent legal judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex legal matters.
