Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) credentials preferred but not required
- Direct prior experience serving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or other affordable housing scopes of work is preferred but not required
- Experience conducting property condition assessment reporting on office, retail, or hotel properties is valued.
