Job Description
Role Description
EBI is seeking a full-time Program Manager/ESA Reviewer to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will:
-
Conduct quality control reviews of technical report deliverables including, but not limited to:
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs)
- Regulatory Database Search Reports
- Record Search Risk Assessments (RSRAs)
- Manage client communication regarding technical assessment outcomes
- Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (draft/final reports, etc.)
- Travel on short notice (one week or less) as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting
- Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP)
- Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector Certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Organized, with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person, as well as via phone and email
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Ability to travel to remote locations by means of all modes of transportation

- Demonstrable ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Priority given to candidates located in New England due to potential for travel

- Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000
