Role Description

Javitch Block LLC is looking for a full-time Texas Associate Attorney who will work remotely out of their home office, preferably in the Dallas or Houston area. This individual will:

• Manage case files to formulate next course of action.
• Represent the firm and its clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances.
• Travel as required.

Qualifications

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the Creditors’ Rights or Collection fields preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience creating persuasive communications materials.
• Strong investigative skills to uncover facts, causes of action, and determine next steps.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.).
• TX license required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
