Role Description
Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization. We are currently seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide telehealth services to adult outpatient clients. Arisa is currently offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for independently licensed Mental Health Professionals. New productivity bonus opportunities available.
- Interviewing and assessing clients for mental health needs
- Performing individual counseling and crisis intervention
- Documenting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate case records and relevant clinical information

Providing counseling and appraisal services to individuals to:
- Develop an understanding of personal problems
- Define goals
- Plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as related to personal social concerns and educational progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or social work
- Current Arkansas license (LCSW, LPC)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team

- Full time work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
