• Own financial planning and modeling that informs company strategy, headcount growth, and investment priorities. • Evaluate tradeoffs across growth initiatives, resourcing decisions, and new bets to maximize long-term value. • Build and maintain multi-year financial models that connect strategy to outcomes. • Support board- and investor-level planning, including scenario analysis and downside / upside planning. • Partner with sales, capture, and product leadership to shape pricing, packaging, and contract structures aligned with strategic goals. • Develop financial frameworks to assess new products, customer segments, and go-to-market motions. • Translate operating metrics into clear insights that guide growth decisions. • Design scalable reporting that ties revenue performance to strategic intent. • Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, providing clear, opinionated financial perspectives. • Help define and track the metrics that matter most for long-term enterprise value. • Partner with the finance and accounting team to ensure systems, controls, and reporting scale with the business. • Drive automation and process improvements that reduce friction and enable faster decision-making.
