Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of retirement plan implementation or administration experience.
- Strong understanding of plan design, ERISA, and recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with retirement systems and Microsoft Office.
