• Participate and support the development and launch of new product features and services, as well as act as subject matter expert for existing offerings • Leverage industry knowledge and research to improve the competitiveness of product offering • Lead cross-functional core teams in product development initiatives, ensuring that projects are implemented according to plan and that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively • Drive projects to completion; help the business make key decisions in a timely manner; seek consensus • Utilize market research to help influence major product development decisions • Work with functional partners to synthesize feedback from the field and prioritize the product development queue • Evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive environment • Partner with finance and underwriting to ensure profitable product model • Support relationships with external vendors, and key business partners, while ensuring needs are aligned to business objectives • Develop a leadership presence within the organization • Assist and participate in presentations to various stakeholders and audiences as necessary (client presentations, department presentations, etc.)
