Role Description

You are business-minded, results-driven, and energized by finding the right talent to help the organization succeed. As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, and create a strong candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values. You’ll play a key role in building teams that drive performance and growth.

  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and hard-to-fill roles ensuring candidate quality, screening rigor, and execution accuracy throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, assess, and engage top talent.
  • Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Use recruiting data to improve outcomes and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements

  • Strong recruiting and sourcing experience for professional or leadership roles.
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with senior leaders.
  • Working knowledge of compliant hiring practices and candidate assessment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
