Role Description
The Director of NetSuite Practice leads strategy, growth, and quality for NetSuite implementation services, specializing in Manufacturing and Supply Chain; Life Sciences experience is preferred. This role not only carries full P&L responsibility but also actively mentors consultants and serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize practice revenue and market share.
- Own and maintain full P&L responsibility, including investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the NetSuite practice.
- Drive revenue through specialized service offerings such as manufacturing operation offerings.
- Define and standardize delivery methodologies, templates, and accelerators to ensure repeatable success.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high-value sales opportunities.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex, full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations, across multiple industries ensuring they meet budget and timeline milestones.
- Design integrated architectures with NetSuite.
- Ensure quality assurance for critical manufacturing configurations, including Multi-level BOMs and other critical operational configurations.
- Serve as the final escalation point for client satisfaction and technical delivery issues.
- Review the quality of team deliverables to maintain high standards and customer referenceability.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive new business.
- Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and lead pricing presentations for prospective clients.
- Expand existing client relationships through add-on products and optimization services.
- Recruit, manage, and coach a diverse team of functional consultants.
- Establish certification paths and performance standards to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of ERP/CRM experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on NetSuite OneWorld.
- Proven track record in a growing professional services or consulting leadership role (typically 7+ years).
- Deep understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or Computer Science.
- NetSuite Certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Multi-Book).
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Celigo or Boomi.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities for high-pressure environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Dedicated to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional results.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, life sciences and software validation.
- Advanced degree or certifications such as MBA or CPA preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly and indirectly supervises employees within the NetSuite Team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, Regular Business hours, with some afterhours work as business needs require.
Travel
Some travel is expected for this position. Limited travel up to 25%.

Salary Information
NOTE: The expected base salary range for this position is $160,000- $180,000. Final compensation is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, education, specialized skills, and internal equity.
