Job Description
Role Description
We’re looking for an AI Marketing Specialist to scale and optimize our marketing efforts using AI. You won’t just be using AI tools; you will be building autonomous agentic workflows that bridge the gap between "AI potential" and "operational reality." Your goal is to transform our email operations, content pipelines, and campaign execution from manual, rule-based processes into intelligent, self-optimizing agentic systems. You’ll work with Marketing and Product teams across channels such as social media, email, affiliates, and product launches, supporting AI-powered multi-channel workflows and strategies that increase engagement, awareness, and conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Architecting Agentic Workflows: Design, deploy, and iterate on multi-agent systems to automate end-to-end marketing processes (e.g., dynamic content creation, social strategy, automated partnership ecosystems, and personalized email sequencing).
- Email Operations at Scale: Move beyond traditional email "blasts." Build and manage agent-driven email frameworks that autonomously segment, personalize, A/B test, and optimize send times based on real-time engagement data.
- Content Supply Chain: Develop AI-powered pipelines that take a core strategic asset and autonomously adapt it into dozens of formats (blogs, social snippets, ad copy, email nurture streams) while maintaining strict brand guardrails.
- Orchestration & Governance: Define the "human-in-the-loop" (HITL) protocols. Build the monitoring systems that ensure agentic workflows remain accurate and brand-compliant.
- Tech Stack Integration: Develop deep, bi-directional integrations between AI agents and our core toolkit to create a unified, agent-driven marketing nervous system.
- Continuous Optimization: Establish KPIs for AI agents. Monitor for latency, cost, and output quality, continuously refining prompts and model logic to improve performance over time.
Qualifications
- "Builder" Mindset: You don't just "use" AI - you build with it. You are comfortable mapping a 10-step human process into a logical, automated sequence of tool calls and reasoning steps.
- Technical Fluency: You have practical experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, LangChain, Make.com, or platform-native AI agents) and are comfortable working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Marketing Ops Depth: You understand the lifecycle of a customer, attribution modeling, and the nuances of high-volume email deliverability and CRM data hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Systems Thinker: You can distinguish between deterministic automation (if this, then that) and probabilistic agentic behavior (set a goal, figure out the best route to achieve it).
- Communication: You can explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring trust and alignment across the marketing and sales teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation, using AI tools and AI agents to improve workflows and output, and workflow automation.
- 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems.
- Proven track record of shipping automations that measurably improved efficiency or conversion.
- Deep curiosity about the evolving AI landscape; you are likely already testing agentic frameworks in your own time.
