- Act as a liaison between field operations, construction, engineering, IT, supply chain, and finance to ensure EAM strategies are integrated and deliver business value.
- Contribute to mid- and long-term capital and O&M planning by providing insights into asset conditions, performance trends, and replacement needs.
- Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs relevant to midstream operations, such as pipeline downtime, leak detection response, maintenance backlog, and MTTR (mean time to repair).
- Coordinate with SCADA and operations control teams to ensure that asset strategies support operational safety, availability, and system throughput.
- Support training initiatives for field staff and maintenance planners to drive user adoption and EAM system proficiency.
