We are seeking a Program Analyst III / Technical Project Coordinator to support Technical Project Managers and serve as the critical link between field technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role oversees the administrative and operational coordination required to deliver, install, train, and transition new systems into operational use. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced technical environments and excels at coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and ensuring installation and acceptance activities are completed accurately and on time. This position is remote.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D., 16 years in lieu of degree
- Candidate will need to be able to obtain a public trust clearance
- Experience supporting technical projects involving field installations or system deployments
- Strong background in project coordination and administrative support
- Experience tracking technical project milestones and deliverables
- Familiarity with IT, engineering, telecom, or system deployment workflows
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and technical teams
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet (or similar tools)
