Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 base + Commission

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) - Media Seller to help build and manage our outbound pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and drive early-stage relationships with prospective clients.
The Role
The Business Development Associate (BDA) - Media Seller is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the agency. This role will focus on outbound prospecting, developing relationships with potential clients, and creating a strong pipeline for our sales team.
You will play a key role in helping the agency expand into new markets, industries, and partnerships while building a scalable lead generation process.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a **fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment** and enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution.
Pipeline Development
* Identify and research prospective clients that align with our agency’s services and ideal customer profile
* Build targeted prospect lists across priority industries and accounts
* Develop and manage a consistent outbound outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals)
Outbound Prospecting
* Initiate conversations with prospective clients and decision-makers
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, timing, and opportunity potential
* Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for the sales leadership team
Relationship Building
* Establish early relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers
* Represent the agency professionally and communicate our value proposition clearly
* Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle
Sales Process & CRM Management
* Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
* Track outreach performance and optimize messaging and targeting
* Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and positioning
Market Insights
* Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
* Identify emerging opportunities or verticals for agency growth
* Provide feedback on messaging, offerings, and market demand
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
* Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Establish strong relationships with prospective clients
* Help expand the agency’s footprint into new accounts and industries
* Create repeatable outbound processes that support long-term growth
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or agency sales
- Experience prospecting and generating leads through outbound outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, media, or agency environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or consulting solutions
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
