• Lead the delivery of high-value integration services, providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility. • Ensure integration solutions meet functional and technical requirements. • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between our Customers’ systems and our platform. • Serve as the technical expert on CRM and ERP systems, understanding how they are structured, used, and leveraged by our Customers. • Work with relational databases, using SQL to manage, manipulate, and extract relevant data for integrations. • Maintain a strong understanding of transaction-level sales data and its role in business operations. • Provide support to both internal teams and customers during integration projects. • Partner with product and engineering to support the development of integration services tailored to our Customers’ needs. • Identify opportunities to upsell consulting services and additional data solutions.
