Role Description

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Team members may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Tennessee, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington.

  • Creating a Common Goal: Whether it’s project scope, budget, or timeline–you get everyone on the same page.
  • Driving Success: You understand that when acceptance criteria and project objectives are clearly defined, the project gets where it needs to be.
  • Role Ownership: You’re comfortable acting as the team leader of a project; working with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Creating Relationships: You’re ready to set up a steady stream of communication between you and your clients. You can anticipate their needs.
  • Creating Accountability: For your client and for your team–everyone knows what needs to be done and when.
  • Vision Sharing & Knowledge Transfer: No two projects are alike. We want you to teach us what you learn from each one, so we can all get better together.

  • You’re a professional planner.
  • 3+ years experience in project management is best, but experience is commensurate with skill.
  • You’re an Agile planner.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Owns on-time, on-budget delivery for complex projects. Facilitates scrums, manages risks and dependencies, mentors junior PMO team members, and ensures clients and teams are aligned.
  • Develop Collaboratively: Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance, raising concerns, advancing best practices, identifying blockers, and mentoring peers and more junior team members.
  • Define Value: Gather requirements and write thorough and testable acceptance criteria for complex projects 1-2 sprints ahead, leveraging AI tools to increase clarity and effectiveness.
  • Product Expert: Become an expert in the desired functionality and expected behavior of client products and software.
  • Manage Risks: Document plan, status, risks, and progress to ensure on-time/budget and adherence to the terms of the SoW.
  • Ensure Collaboration: Manage workspaces, schedules, and communication so that the team can do its best work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000- $95,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
