- Prepare and assist with account applications, beneficiary updates, address changes, and other operational tasks
- Collaborate with CSAs to ensure the accuracy and readiness of paperwork and case materials
- Contribute to team capacity during coverage periods (PTO support)
- Execute approved client-facing tasks and independently complete forms during the final development phase, following CSA Lead or Manager sign-off
- Maintain a proactive, positive, and eager-to-learn attitude while building expertise in financial operations
Success Metrics
- Accuracy of submitted forms and documentation
- Timeliness and throughput of HubSpot ticket resolution
- Contribution to team capacity during coverage periods
- Readiness for transition to the CSA role, as assessed through set milestones and manager feedback

- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth
- Experience working with Charles Schwab and HubSpot is highly desired but not required
- Industry knowledge and prior experience in the financial planning industry are preferred
