Job Description
• Drive solution for building Agentforce-powered experiences for users
• Collaborate with the AI team for impactful contributions
• Focus on experience design, solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies
• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Work with clients to build strategy and roadmap
• Leverage Salesforce technology like Agentforce and Einstein Bots
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience
- Ability to drive requirement gathering
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing
- Hands on experience with at least one of the following:
- Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
- Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
- Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling
- Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
- Willing and able learner of new technologies.
