• Serve as a key member of the Power & Controls Product Security Board, influencing security strategy and direction. • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Product Cybersecurity Risk Management for EPS programs at a program and organizational level. • Build, mentor, and develop Product Security expertise across the organization. • Define, refine, and enforce processes to meet internal, industry, and regulatory cybersecurity requirements. • Lead and oversee security risk assessments and provide guidance to program teams. • Direct the development of key technologies and standard security functionality, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Establish and apply advanced security testing and analysis methodologies. • Collaborate across labs, operations, and repair sites to set organizational security requirements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and airworthiness security regulations. • Interpret and guide responses to customer and certification cybersecurity requirements. • Lead incident response and resolution for EPS cybersecurity events, shaping organizational practices. • Support integration of Collins-developed security technologies across programs. • Evaluate, guide, and contribute to technical proposals from a strategic and technical leadership perspective. • Champion adherence to DO-326A/DO-356A Airworthiness Security processes and the Secure System Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). • Act as an organizational authority on cybersecurity, setting standards and mentoring teams to elevate enterprise-wide capabilities.
