Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within IT and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Oversee all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and execution of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as needed.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Track project progress against milestones, using KPIs and reporting tools to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in a client-facing Project Manager role, preferably in cloud consulting or related services.
  • Managed technical projects that consist of 5 or more people and over $500,000 budget.
  • Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects and ensure they are executed with excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services.

Base Salary Range

The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $131,520 - CAD $157,824 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

  • In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
