• Generate, review, modify, and send invoices accurately and on time, including one-time and usage-based billings. • Create and manage subscriptions, sales orders, and estimates in NetSuite; terminate or modify subscriptions as needed. • Apply customer payments, manage refunds/credits, and reconcile billing records with accounts and financial statements. • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, Paystand issues, and payment transaction mismatches promptly. • Ensure proper suspension of product access for cancellations and manage tax exemptions. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing issues, providing professional and timely support. • Partner with customer service, sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate financial reporting. • Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes, enhance efficiency, and implement automation where applicable. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to billing and invoicing.
